This role is ideal for someone who is as passionate about customers, a friendly, experienced Social Media professional, great leader and motivator, with the skills to create a brand new social media team as well as to deliver our social media plan and strategy, the ideal candidate would be someone who is as passionate about customers and great service as we are. The role and responsibilities of the Social Media Team Leader
-Lead and grow our customer facing Social Media Team, provide coaching around best practice and proper use of social communications
-Follow all relevant HR processes
-Manage social media channels, focusing on our presence on Twitter and Facebook
-Work alongside our customer management team to ensure any customer questions are answered quickly and completely
-Monitor online activity using a variety of tools
-Be self-sufficient, look for solutions and make things better using your own initiative
To be considered for the role you must have worked within a similar role as a Social Media Team Leader, Marketing Manager
-Have a customer first approach
-Awesome verbal and written communicator, with strong spelling and grammar skills
-Excellent social media skills and knowledge
-Proven leader with ability to manage workload and team effectively
-Social Media Team leader in a Call Centre experience is an advantage
The company are offering a salary of £25,000-£32,000 with a bonus of 5% on your annual salary based on your performance, a fantastic benefits scheme.
