Facilities Manager
Salary: £25000 per annum plus extensive benefits
Location: Birmingham

Are you a Facilities Manager, capable of supporting office moves, building changes or refurbishment projects?

Can you effectively manage landlord and occupant customer contact?

My client is a market leader provider of wealth planning solutions, with a diverse portfolio of private and corporate customers.

Main duties of the job

• Building and maintenance first point of contact for landlords and occupants on all issues
• Ensure all property projects are Health & Safety compliant
• Support the relevant manager in the process of office moves, changes, refurbishments etc
• Ensure facilities and operational support is compliant and surpasses expectations
• Continual improvement of processes
• Review performance and customer satisfaction
• Involvement with sub-contractors, project management and Health & Safety

Experience and skills required

• Experience and/or knowledge on office moves, changes, refurbishments
• Experience and/or knowledge on facilities project management, subcontractors, Health & safety
• Customer contact skilled
• IT literate
• IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
• Driving licence for large project visits
