Internal Communications Experience Manager- West Midlands-£60K My client, one of the world's largest providers of Public Services are looking for an Internal Communications Experience Manager. This is a great time to join the company as they're going through some exciting change programmes at present. The purpose of the position is to own the user experience of all the customers, stakeholders and employees who come into contact with the People Services team. Role Context As well as owning the internal and external communications strategy for people services, this role will help build a broader understanding corporately of the purpose of people services and the contribution of value added to the company. Some Role Essentials * Lead the engagement initiatives within People Services including building innovative, best practice communication channels and lead and co-ordinate major events. * Work with Service Directors to develop communication strategies by service line and support delivery with tools and appropriate channels. * Develop a robust strategy which delivers key messages to their customers relating to service performance and change initiatives. What you would need for the role * Substantial shared service experience in Internal Communications, in demanding environments where high standards are the norm * A track record of success in using technology to improve communication and engagement. * Experience of organisations with a high service ethic, close to the customer, in a multi site, geographically spread environment. As an additional extra it would be great if you have worked within a matrix environment be a charismatic natural relationship builder with a can do attitude.
