Internal Communications Manager

I am currently working with a leading Financial Services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre to recruit an Internal Communications Manager ideally from a RETAIL background on a TEMP basis.
Your new role
In this role you will sit in the Retail arm of the organisation within the wider wider marketing team and will play a key part in developing & maintaining internal marketing engagement.
You will be responsible for ensuring employee communications align and support the UK and Global messaging and will involve close liaison across business groups both UK & Globally.
This is a tactical role and will be suited to someone who has experience working within a retail environment and engaging with employees at varying levels of seniority and in remote locations.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will have experience in the following skills/ responsibilities;
- Content Creation
- Proof Reading
- Employee Engagement
- Stakeholder Engagement - Up to C suite
- Past experience delivering multi channel communication campaigns
- Project Management
- An understanding of Network & contact centres/ customer value management environment.
- Experience in a retail organisation is highly advantageous
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a day rate of £200 - £220 per day.
