HR Operations Manager
An opportunity has arisen as HR Operations Manager, £50-55k, based from Birmingham, to be part of the implementation and transformation of HR Services within the organisation, allowing Managers a more Pro-active approach to managing their teams. As HR Operations Manager, you will lead a small Services Team, with particular focus around the Employee Relations Team. You initially be responsible for leading on more complex ER cases, but also the coaching and development of the ER Advisors, up-skilling them to lead. You will also be responsible for leading on proactive ER Projects, and an opportunity to be involved with broader HR projects. Having been a HR Business Partner within a Shared Services environment, you will have managed people, have excellent stakeholder management capability, have a strong grounding in Employee Relations and have the gravitas to work with a number of different stakeholders.
