You will be working as part of the Burton based 2nd line support team, who are charged with the provision and support of our clients IT and Communication systems. A highly motivated self-starter, able to work in tandem with others, you will provide technical assistance based on the IT Service Desk system, and when required, instigate or participate in technical projects. Proven experience in a similar environment will count as much as qualifications/certification.

Scope and Purpose of Role

The successful candidate will be prepared to dedicate themselves to becoming proficient with a variety of different technologies in a customer focused environment, supporting products such as Cisco Call Manager, LANDesk and Office 365. You will be able to work within a highly structured Service Desk environment resolving or escalating tickets and support calls; sometimes leading small projects. Some ad-hoc travel to other sites may be required.
