Contracts Manager (ESFA/ SLC)
We have an opportunity for an experienced ESFA, Apprenticeship and AEB Contracts Manager to join our team to manage our supply chain partners and contracts. We are seeking an individual who puts relationships first and has an understanding of compliance and risk and can drive performance.
The person needs to have demonstrable experience and understanding of ESFA Apprenticeship and AEB funding rules, audit requirements as well as a sound knowledge of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework. You must be highly motivated and take a supportive approach in driving quality and performance and have proven experience of managing risk within the sector. In addition, you will need to show you are target driven, drive performance and can work with partners to implement performance improvement plans when required.
You will be required to manage a portfolio of diverse contracts, ensuring the successful delivery of agreed KPI’s and have full accountability and responsibility for ensuring contracts are optimised and all financial and non-financial SLAs are achieved. As the main point of contact you will be dealing with performance, claims and payment, planning and forecasting as well as conducting contractual reviews.
