The E-commerce Marketer role
Our client is a very familiar retail name within the Midlands and North-West having several successful retail outlets and an e-commerce store. This is a brand new role reporting to the Directors and will be an important member of the leadership team, as well as working closely with other teams including buying and merchandising, technology and external marketing agencies. You'll supervise the production of adverts, digital and press and will work closely with the Directors to ensure the consistency of the message across TV, Radio, POS etc., as well as directly managing the in-house graphic design team in the production of adverts and marketing materials. E-commerce will be a major part of your role and you will shape and deliver the strategy to drive traffic and sales, driving new customer acquisition through the right mix of digital channels. You'll manage the e-commerce budget and analyse the performance of channels. Other duties will include data management and delivering email, SMS and CRM, social media management, SEO and PPC, all whilst managing a team of 5/6 people.
What we're looking for
It's safe to say that this E-commerce Marketer role is a big job and we really need someone who has significant experience in e-commerce and has been used to managing a team. You'll be a frequent user of Google Analytics and CRM systems as well as social media - you will be the person who wants to be involved in 360 marketing.
What's on offer?
