Document Process Controller – 12 month FTC – Part time Job share

We are currently looking to attract a Document Process Controller to join our corporate services team in Birmingham. The working hours for this 12 month fixed term contract are Monday – Friday 8.30am-12.00am or 9.00am – 12.30am.

This role of a document process controller focuses on a first class service to the core business. It will involve preparing post for scanning, scanning large volumes of correspondence and then accurately logging and distributing to the correct case on our case management systems. A large part of the role will be maintaining high level of quality of the correspondence that is scanned and also complete accuracy in the allocation of the relevant parties within the case management system. Support to other duties within corporate services may be required as and when so a degree of flexibility will be needed.
