Customer Services Representative

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a customer services representative in for a manufacturing company based in Brierley Hill.
The company are looking to recruit a candidate on a temporary to permanent basis with a view to begin immediately.
The chosen candidate for the role must be a confident person and be able to work within a fast paced environment, have good communication skills and be able to work within a team.

As a Customer Services Representative you will-
  • To communicate directly with customers and build strong & trusting relationships.
  • Ensure that you see through delivery promises.
  • Oversee any scheduling issues.

In addition to this you will be responsible to-
  • Maintain customer portals, you must manage shipping dates and dispute points loss with the customer.
  • Liaise with production planning to prioritise customer requirements and provide a feedback loop to the customer.
  • Load customer schedules on the system manually.
  • Work alongside the IT department & other teams within the business.
  • Arrange transport for customer's collection/ delivery.

Skills that would be advantageous for your role as a Customer Services Representative-
  • Have advance computer skills in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both verbal and written.
  • Experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
  • Previous automotive experience.

Working hours of the day-
  • Mon- Thursday 7.30am-4pm Friday 7.30am- 1.00pm Friday
  • Mon-Thursday 8.30am-5pm Friday 7.30am- 1.00pm Friday
Salary based on experience is £19-20'000.
