Sales/Business Development Manager
Our client is a rapidly growing professional services business which has a unique and clear vision within its sector. A dynamic organisation, it now has extremely ambitious plans for future national growth which has resulted in the need to recruit a high calibre individual to take responsibility for creation of new business opportunities.
You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director and be responsible for identification and development of new acquisition opportunities in line with company strategy
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving development of the department in line with the company’s business plan
You will manage and maintain excellent relationships with introducers, existing clients and target firms
You will be driven to meet and exceed targets
You will actively identify and generate new prospects through strategic sales strategies and oversee entire sale process through to completion
You will work well with other department heads to ensure effective communication of each acquisition
The successful individual will be a driven, target focused, self-starter who wishes to join an organization committed to growth, professionalism and service.
You will preferably come from a business development background and have strong commercial acumen, with a strategic, problem solving approach and be able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
