Learning Disabilities Support Worker Job, Adult Care, Derby, Up to £10.00 per hour
Through Hays, you will be working for a residential home specialising in the care of adults with complex needs. They provide varying levels of care for adults with learning disabilities or EBD. You will be working as part of an established and committed team to provide the highest level of care to their service users.
Your new role will involve you working with adults that have a variety of complex care needs. You will be responsible for providing care to adults with EBD or learning difficulties, and will be a central part of their development. You will be providing day to day support, including, updating care plans, and assisting with learning progression.
Your previous experience in this sector will lead to your success in this role. You will be confident when working with a wide range of learning disabilities in a residential setting. You should be passionate about providing high standards of care, and use your professional skills and experience to develop and engage with service users. At least 6 months relevant experience in a similar role is required.

This includes support when enrolling and your QCF level 3 adults or Children's NVQ. Holiday pay is available, and on the job expenses are paid.
