Process & Administration Manager - £35-45K pa - Wolverhampton

Your new company
You will be a part of a National Multifaceted business within the Legal sector. A newly established Law Firm specialising in personal injury, financial litigation and conveyancing, working alongside an astute team of Lawyers and paralegals based in the heart of Wolverhampton City Centre.

Your new role
You will effectively lead and manage the administration process in the legal and financial industry. You will be required to review current processed and procedures and implement necessary changes to increase the overall efficiency and productivity of the back office and processing team. Hours of work are 9am-5:30pm with 1 in every 4 Saturdays 9am-1pm.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience in a fast paced senior administration management role within the legal or commercial banking sector. You will have experience in overseeing underwriting loans, mortgages or similar types of credits and settlements. You will have a proven record of effective team leadership and be a confident communicator at all levels. You will have advanced Excel skills and must have knowledge of Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
