Job Summary: A new vacancy available for an Data Entry Clerk and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office products, be highly accurate and numerate, and keen to progress.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Communicating with external companies by email and telephone
• Preparing financial information for senior management
• Office administration to include detailed data entry
• Updating and maintaining customer accounts
• Other administrative duties as required

• High level of accuracy
• Strong computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• High efficiency and professional
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a high volume data entry role
