Job Title: Administrator

Job description: We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading manufacturing and distribution business based in Birmingham

Duration: Temporary to Permanent

Your main duties will include:

  • Dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and distributing accordingly
  • Taking various calls and transferring to various departments
  • Data input onto excel spreadsheets
  • Updating customer records
  • Monitoring emails and responding to various queries
  • Various adhoc administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and filing

The ideal candidate would possess the following:

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing and distribution environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, particularly excel
  • Available at short notice
