An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join an acclaimed law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. Based within their Global Operations team, this role is incredibly varied in that it involves working across all departments.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
• Opening and closing case files and archiving old ones
• Supporting the finance team with some simple billing tasks and creating financial reports
• Maintaining stock within the stationary cupboard and keeping on top of orders to prevent shortages
• Researching and booking travel and accommodation
• General administrative tasks and reprographics

The successful candidate will have prior experience working within an administrative role, ideally within a legal setting. You will be organised, methodical and work well both autonomously and in a team, demonstrating your ability to show initiative and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities.
