Purchase Ledger Clerk
Kingscroft Professional Resources are delighted to be recruiting for a well established business in the Tyseley area. They are currently looking for an experienced accounts administrator to join their team as soon as possible.
As a purchase ledger administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely processing of purchase invoices in a fast paced, high volume environment.
- Proactively manage the query process, ensuring payment dates are adhered to as best as possible.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis
- Setting up new supplier accounts
As the ideal candidate you will have:
- Experience of Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable work
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
- Confident communicator via email or telephone
