Job role: Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START (TEMP TO PERM)

Salary: £17,000 – 20,000k

Job Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.30am – 5.30pm

Office Angels are excited to be recruiting for an innovative IT company based in Birmingham; they are one of the UK’s largest distributors of IT and are looking to recruit a new Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START (TEMP TO PERM) for their Head Office located in Birmingham.

This is a multi-functional role, that will give the chosen candidate the opportunity to engage with internal and external members of the company, with a level of responsibly that will enable you to make the role your own.

Purpose of Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START (TEMP TO PERM):

to provide end to end sale s orderer support, coordinating the process from quotation to order placed, thorugh to delivery and dealing with anything inbetween this process from the concenpation of a quote to the deliery of an item and an order invoice being raised.

The main role and responsibilities of a Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START (TEMP TO PERM) will include, but t limited to;

* Quoting customers
* Chasing up quotes
* Raising new sales orders
* Confirming orders placed
* Raising and placing new purchase orders
* Chasing direct deliveries
* Chasing stock orders
* Providing excellent customer service to all our customers
* Processing new customer returns
* Processing new supplier returns
* Chasing up existing returns
* Liaising with suppliers
* Providing tracking details for customer orders
* Adjusting the sales figures

The ideal Sales Administrator - IMMEDIATE START (TEMP TO PERM) will possess:

* MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING IN A SIMILAR ROLE
* A good telephone manner
* Good organisational skills
* Be proficient and proactive in prioritising your own work load
* The ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressured environment
* The ability to work well in a team
* Be confident when using computers.
* A willingness to learn and develop your skills
