We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager!

To manage efficient and professional delivery of services to a designated client; providing support for customers and helping to manage and grow client relationships.

Your responsibilities:

Client: high levels of customer service, manage client requirements, day to day relationship holder

Commercial: day to day financial management, account revenue and profit objectives, contractual service commitments, risk management and contingency

Service: day to day operational delivery, incident management, change management and continuous improvement, delivery of projects and ensuring operational performance

People: day to day management of Account Executives, co-ordinating workloads and priorities, collaborative team approach to managing client requirements
Management of all elements of the service provided to the client, coordinating client requirements to deliver seamless services, products, and solutions, exceeding customer expectations and delighting customers.Primary interface with designated client, managing service requirements and addressing and resolving complaints and service issues.Work in close partnership with other departments to ensure service levels, quality standards and committed deadlines are achieved.Liaise between the client and all key stakeholders i.e. operations and IT to manage change through the operation and ad hoc projects.Identify opportunities to improve service and reduce costs and implement continuous improvements.Support delivery of account specific and internal projects in line with client requirements and in line with project budgets and timelines.Primary escalation for dispute resolution.Co-ordinate the implementation of new products/services into the client account and business.

What you'll bring:
3 - 5 years’ experience in a client management roleExperience of managing complex high value clients in a high pressure customer service environmentTeam management experienceKnowledge of sector or industry desirable
