You will be a part of a National Multifaceted business within the Marketing sector. A highly successful and well established dynamic business at the hub of a specialised group of businesses situated at the heart of Wolverhampton City Centre.
Your new role
An employee facing HR Advisor working alongside the Group HR Manager and a HR administrator assisting with the delivery of the employee relations service to all Management within the organsiation. To develop a comprehensive understanding of the operational HR casework as well as a sound knowledge of Terms and Conditions of employment. Advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of HR within the company, such as absence management, working practices, recruitment and pay and conditions of employment.
What you'll need to succeed
4-5 years' experience in a generalised HR role at advisor level and a minimum of CIPD L5 or working towards. You Will be commercially focused, flexible and have the ability to manage your own workload. You will possess excellent time management, organisational and planning skills and have strong attention to detail. You will confidently build rapport and negotiate with people at all levels and work well without supervision and under your own initiative.
