Graduate Development Manager - Market Leading Business Great Opportunity
Our client are a very fast growing yet extremeley well established organisation who are one of the market leaders for providing white label insurance products into the motor trade.
White label insurance include any insurance products sold and branded under the dealership name e.g. Audi, BMW, Ford but actually owned, managed and provided by a third party company.
Our client provide this service to some of the major franchised dealer groups in the UK including Mercedes, Fiat and BMW to name a few.
They are beginning their 2018 graduate intake where they recruit Graduate Development Managers, this will be a 12-18 month graduate programme where you will develop to become a field based Development Manager managing a defined territory where you will be responsible for managing relationships with vehicle dealership groups.
The programme includes 6-8 weeks head office induction working within each department gaining experience for the entire business. Secondly, you will go out on placement working within a number of dealerships, (their clients) such as Mercedes and BMW to gather full working knowledge and appreciation for how they operate and essentially, how they sell insurance products to customers.
Following this, you would then take on a field based responsibility for a region managing a portfolio of franchised dealerships managing relationships from top to bottom, Dealership Principals through to Business Managers, Sales Managers and Sales Executive. This role would be 100% Account Management, relationship management and training.
On offer is a salary of £20,000 with a £1,500 bonus for the first year. You’ll also receive a company car after the 8 weeks when you are out on placement within a dealership. In the 2nd year, your salary rises to £23,000 with a £1,500 bonus and year 3, you’ll rise to £25,000 with a £6,000 bonus. Laptop, mobile and pension.
