We are working with an education provider in the West Midlands who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Instructor (Fluid Power) to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a position at a longstanding and reputable education provider who have a specialism in engineering skills. It is a full-time role, with general hours from 8am to 4:30pm, with a 1pm finish on Fridays.

The job role would consist of you training Engineering learners on their practical Hydraulic and Pneumatic skills (up to level 3) in their Engineering workshop. For 3.5 days of the week, you would be delivering hands-on training in the workshop, and the remaining day would be given to you to do your preparation work for the week's teaching.

The starting salary for this position is between £28,000 and £31,600 per annum, which would also include a contributory pension, a health plan (including dental and optical contributions), and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-Industrial experience of Hydraulics or Pneumatics
