Job Title: Reward and Performance Analyst - Enablement Team

Overview:

You will be joining the Performance and Reward Enablement team, which is a key pillar of the Central Performance and Reward organisation, enabling coordinated and consistent processes across the product portfolio. In your new role, you will be working in close partnership with the Divisional Human Resources (HR) team, Central Performance and Reward and HR Platforms, as well as liaising with the Country HR lead to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively contributing to the successful delivery of End-to-End (E2E) global, group-wide variable compensation and fixed pay review processes
  • Supporting Performance and Reward (P&R) product specialists and Divisional Reward with the global delivery and rollout of products, processes and policies, including project tracking and planning
  • Working in partnership with Group Reward to facilitate the Senior Executive Compensation Committee process and any other relevant Group Committee process
  • Producing effective communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process. This may involve updating HR Connect pages, system guides, manager Facts, Answers and Questions (FAQs) and HR Direct training
  • Supporting the delivery and implementation of P&R products and processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review, including Recognition Award, Spotlight Survey and Total Performance skills building
  • Supporting and potentially owning relationships with relevant stakeholders, including both internal colleagues across the Bank and external contacts, such as vendors
  • Supporting the delivery of processes and analytics that are directly related to P&R regulatory requirements (such as, Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD) and InstVV) and audits, including Material Risk Taker (MRT) objectives, Quality Assurance (QA), Infrastructure and Distribution Frames (IDFs) and Control Function Input
  • Completing ad hoc reporting and analysis of P&R data using Microsoft Office (MS) Excel and/or Access, as needed
  • Working both individually and with wider teams to improve process performance, by solving problems to help identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
  • Understanding the P&R systems (including dbPerform, dbPrism and Reward Platform) and working alongside HR technology teams to deliver improvements and enhancements, as required
  • Completing data audits and cleanses, ensuring that any follow-up actions are completed on time
  • Supporting the annual job matching and market benchmarking process
  • Providing support with the creation and maintenance of internal compensation ranges
  • Undertaking other ad hoc tasks, as required

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with HR systems and technology in a HR environment, P&R experience is particularly beneficial
  • Experience of using complex MS Excel formulas to handle large data sets
  • Previous experience of working in a large multisite and global organisation
  • Sound knowledge of process design and improvement
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete manner and with integrity
  • Proactive and driven, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • A strong team player with a highly organised and logical approach to all tasks
  • Proficiency in MS products, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrable ability to coordinate, prioritise and deliver multiple tasks and projects within strict deadlines
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, complexity and a fast-paced environment
