Location: Solihull

Salary: £9ph

Hours: Monday - Friday

Date: Start Immediately

The role:

* To receive calls, log onto the FM Support System, pass jobs through to operational staff and report back to the customer
* Support the planned maintenance programme by scheduling jobs to PDAs and updating the systems
* Advise sub-contractors regarding invoicing requirements, and to check validity of sub-contractors advice notes and invoices. Deal with invoice queries quickly and efficiently
* Assist with correspondence, reports, tenders, presentations, etc.
* Organise meetings for the Facilities Management team and take minutes
* Provide administrative support to the team, dealing with operational support procedures and all enquiries
* The working hours for the role are 8-hrs per day Monday – Friday between 08.00 am and 6.00 pm
* Data entry

The person:

* We are looking for someone with first class customer service skills ideally with experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Ability to work as part of a team
