Your new job role will involve joining an excellent and expanding Marketing agency based in Birmingham City Centre working as a Office Manager on a permanent and part-time basis.

Your new role

In your new job role you will have responsibilities for the management for the entire office environment, without having direct line manager responsibilities. Your role will involve a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to, HR responsibilities, sickness and attendance management, training support and booking of training courses, booking and managing travel arrangements, managing the entire recruitment and induction process, managing reception duties. In addition to this you will be supporting with financial duties such as updating free agent system, invoicing and managing commissions.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in this role, you will have exceptional office manager and administrative experience and skills, whilst having examples of working using your own initiative and to the needs of your employer. To be successful within this role you will be flexible to the needs of the employer, assertive and have the ability to work very well within a team environment.
