Our Quality Assurance Coordinators support our operational areas by ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant and that governance documents, policies and procedure maps are in place and kept up to date. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Motor Finance Operation, this is an ideal opportunity for a 'first step' into a business change or risk role.

The role

As Quality Assurance Coordinator you will be responsible for mitigating conduct risk in the Motor Finance Operation by ensuring that all processes are compliant, efficient and appropriately documented, proactively identifying new risks by closely monitoring complaints data and acting accordingly upon them.

You will conduct incident reviews and recommend remedial actions in line with our risk management strategy, providing data and MI to the Executive Committee as required.

Process improvement is a fundamental part of our culture therefore you will be expected to continuously seek process efficiencies and ways in which we can exceed our customer expectations with regards to the service they receive.

What you will bring

Front line financial services experience is essential, ideally within Motor Finance or Hire Purchase lending environment. You will be experienced within a process improvement or quality assurance role with excellent attention to detail.

Pro-activity is essential as you will be expected to act upon your own initiative.
