About the Job We are looking for a reliable and organised team member to work at Coventry OOH on a part-time basis. You will ensure the support of the base and that our operational vehicles are run professionally & comprehensively. You will assist in the implementation of new protocols relevant to the allocated base and ensure a smooth transition as required by the Operations Supervisor while generally being the operational point of contact for all matters concerning your site location. As part of this job, you will • Maintain stock control process for medical equipment/stock/drugs including date expiry, calibration in line with CQC/Care UK standards. • Organise deliveries of IT/Medical/and any other equipment as required by the ops supervisor maintain fleet including taking operational vehicles for repair/MOT/Tyre Change etc as required. Ensure vehicles clean and fully prepared each week for the weekend. • Collate, audit and file completed paperwork, reporting areas of concern to the operational supervisor. • Reporting any issues as necessary regarding base/vehicle functionality, including medicines management, medical/operational. • Undertake Receptionist and Driver shifts during the OOH’s period About Care UK Care UK was founded in 1982.
