3/6 months contract, possibility to go permanent.
£23.25 per hour – Ltd Rate

You will manage all operational aspects of a Payroll & Pensions service to both Directorates and Traded Services customers, including the production of a number of payrolls to agreed deadlines, the efficient management and secure operation of relevant systems and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of all relevant legislation and best practice.

You will also support organisational change to ensure that high quality processes are in place to support the whole of the employee life cycle

Main Purposes:
• To identify areas of review and development of policy aiming to streamline processes to best meet organisational objectives.

• To work across the service as and when required to ensure effective use of resources to support service delivery.

• To support the HR Manager -Customer Connect as required.

• Deputise for the HR Manager -Customer Connect as required. Undertake any other duties commensurate within the scope of the post or as directed by the HR Manager, Customer Connect or Head of Customer Service.

Solid Pensions Experience
CIPD Experience is ideal.
Managerial Experience.
