We are currently recruiting for a Support Administrator for a family run “quirky” business based in Warwick. This is an unusual role that would suit an individual looking to join a small company, working as part of a team. The role will require working long hours over a set period of time (January to June and could be 08.00 – 20.00), however will also offer the total flexibility over 6 months of the year to work reduced hours (up to 25/30 hours per week).

Main Responsibilities:
• Overall smooth running of the office

Our client is looking for:
• Excellent IT skills (competent user of EXCEL, Photoshop and an understanding of HTML would be an advantage)
• High level of English (attention to detail and proof reading skills)
• “Can Do” attitude (ability to work independently and take responsibility for planning workload)
• “Hands on” – happy to work in a small team, supporting colleagues undertaking all basic office duties
• Excellent inputting, proof reading and typing skills
• Strong sense of Customer Service
• Happy to make tea and coffee
• Driving licence
• Excellent organisational skills
• Self-motivated
• Must have a love of Dogs!
