Optima plus recruitment are representing our client based in the heart of Stoke on Trent with the recruitment of a Sales Administrator to provide a comprehensive sales administrative support function to all customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

o To liaise with all customers to actively progress-chase provided quotes and associated follow-on orders
o To maintain the database and set-up activities to support the pro-active progressing of provided quotes
o To liaise with the Purchasing and Accounts team, including the creation of purchase orders and invoices
o To support the implementation of sales plans targeting designated customer groupings including new end users and new contacts registered onto the database
o To administer customer satisfaction questionnaires at the appropriate time in the contract life-cycle
o To support general ad-hoc administrative tasks, including but not limited to raising quotes, processing orders on Sage, raising purchase orders to suppliers, booking-in for goods
o To take in-bound telephone calls and action/re-direct as appropriate
