Planning Assistant / Administrator required for one of the largest Utility companies. They are looking for the best talent to join them in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Planning Assistant / Administrator - Role objective:

- To Check and process contract claims for payment in accordance with commercial contract terms and company rules
- Ensuring feedback and data is accurate and in compliance with the Sewerage Commercial Model requirements
- To Work with ECC/SAP for the technical completion of all SCM works
- To ensure all works are coded to the correct budget and financial settlement rules
- To liaise with Commercial Teams to ensure processes are being followed and any issues are raised and resolved in a timely manner

Planning Assistant / Administrator - Accountabilities:

- Lead and promote a safe working environment whilst ensuring all quality standards are met
- Validate the claims data from the contract partner, ensuring correct feedback, costs and other essential data is in line with the task list and claims matrix
- Processing the claims within SAP
- Liaising with Service Delivery teams and ensure approval is received within the set time scale
- Working closely with the contract partner Teams to resolve any issues/missing data
- Pre Technical completion of all work orders within SAP ensuring all works complete/ FOW complete and all relevant documentation has been received in line with the task list and claims matrix, before applying completion
- Comply with Commercial standard operating procedures, GAA rules and commercial guidelines
- Apply the completed works process (AWCO)
- Identify/process any issues with Task validation and Settlement rules
- Displays a flexible, adaptable and mature approach to working requirements
- An ability to keep focused whilst working under pressure
- Re coding and data tiding tasks when required
- Administration and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager
- Deal with emergency workload requests and prioritise accordingly
- Support other team members as required
- Maintain commercial inbox and requests from counties and contract partners

Planning Assistant / Administrator - Experience:

- Experience of SAP
- Experience of process improvements
- Experience of commercial payment processes
- Experience of Excel


- O-Level / GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English

Additional Information:

Location: Coventry
Pay rate: £8.75ph
Working hours: 8:00 – 16:00
