A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a fantastic & expanding company right in the centre of Leamington Spa. Our client is seeking a confident and adaptable Customer Service Administrator to support the existing team in a fast paced environment.

This is a permanent, full time position. Full in house training & support will be provided to the successful candidate.

Main role will involve -
*Loan underwriting (training provided)
*Maintaining a database with Customer Details & requirements.
*Various excel related tasks.
*Administration of customer database.
*Dealing with customer queries by telephone & email.
*Support customers to find appropriate resolutions to any payment queries or issues.
*Dealing with accounts in arrears.

Successful candidates -
*Must be passionate about providing a great customer experience.
*Knowledge of DPA, ML, TCF & FCA is desirable**
*Knowledge of credit risk policies is desirable
*Great attention to detail.
*Confident and clear telephone manner.
*Strong knowledge of MS Office
*Be self motivated.

** Data protection act, Money Laundering, Treating customers fairly, financial conduct authority

Hours of work:

NON working weekend week hours;
Monday – Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday – Friday: 12pm – 8pm

Working weekend week hours;
Monday – Wednesday: 9am – 5pm
Thursday – Friday: Days off
Saturday – Sunday: 10am – 6pm

Work 2 in 4 weekends

Salary is £18,000 per annum.
