Full Time (37.5 hours – 8-4 / 8:30-4:30 / 9-5)

About Our Client

My client, a leading organisation within their industry is currently seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This company operates in most European countries and employs more than 200 people. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for data processing of Customer information. Making sure good quality files are received and processed into systems to make sure customers and delivery locations stocks are up to date, as well as accurate invoicing being managed to the customers.

Role and responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator:

• Receive, analyse and integrate the customer declaration file in the internal IT system.

• Communicate with customers verbally and in written format to resolve issues with movement details that the system has not been able to automatically integrate

• Work with customers to resolve certain issues such as the late receipt of movement information, obtain contact information for drop points

• Work with customers to help close out inventory stock takes

• Assist customer in how to use the different area of the portal, so that the customer can make orders, upload movement information, download invoices and download management reports

• Produce business packs and reports for key customers

• Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries or issues

• Invoicing in SAP on weekly and monthly basis

• Updating internal database and spread sheets

• Regular phone contact with customers

• Setting up new customers in SAP

• KPI reporting for AOS department

• The production of ad hoc reports

• Completion of ad hoc tasks

Skills experience needed for the Customer Service admin role:

 Knowledge of IT tools - SAP, MS Office

 Good verbal and written communication skills in English

 Problem solving and process driven

 Accuracy

 Attention to detail

 Self-starter / willingness to learn

 Strong team ethic


• 25 days holiday

• Pension 3% ee, 3% er

• Hours 37.5/week either 8-4, 8.30-4.30 etc. can be flexible, 30 mins lunch.
