Experienced Bookkeeper required to join a well-known business based in Coventry. Working 3 days per week, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to manage your own workload.

Duties to include:

·Preparing Accounts

·Purchase and Sales Ledger

·Bank Reconciliations

·Dealing with Suppliers and checking costs

·Telephone answering and general office administration

·Conversant with Sage and Excel

Skills and Duties

The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and must be proficient in Excel. The successful candidate will ideally have a good working knowledge of:

·Entering supplier invoices onto Sage either manually or via a scanned document

·Creating spreadsheets

·Entering sales invoices

·Responsible for keeping files up to date and paperwork filed accordingly along with general office filing.

·Responsible for the office petty cash, reconciliation of the petty cash float and posting receipts

·Answering of the telephones and fielding/directing calls to the relevant member of staff

·Responsible for keeping the office neat and tidy

·Office Administration and general post
