An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced, proactive Business Development Manager who is passionate about building strong relationships and business expansion. Knowledge of CPCS, CSCS and NVQ's, plus the construction industry, would be highly advantageous. A proven track record in a similar role is essential.

Role Overview:
- Meeting with clients and prospective clients to achieve new/repeat business
- Sourcing and securing new business
- Building strong relationships
- Hitting sales targets
- Providing structured, validated market intelligence and client feedback to assist with business decisions on product and sales strategy
- Use of the online diary in all bookings and communications
- Providing accurate forecast reports for future revenue opportunities
- Accountability for sales related data and records for designated accounts
- Producing quality sales propositions for clients

About You:
- Educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent) - Grades C or above
- Excellent communication skills
- Industry knowledge
- Proven track record in a similar role
- Professional and proactive
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong IT skills
- Knowledge of CPCS, CSCS and NVQ's, plus the construction industry (highly advantageous)
- Driving license
