Role: Problem Manager/Problem Management Analyst

We are seeking a Problem Management Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation to work within their IT Service function; the role will require you to have experience in a similar role in order to hit the ground and recommend continuous improvements of an established problem and incident management function. In this role you will work with a growing organisation along with access to a fantastic salary & benefits package in addition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the completion of problem management activities and processes through analysing and prioritising of issues
  • Deliver timely, effective and clear communications to management and wider business stakeholders
  • Lead and be accountable for the problem review forum to deliver business outcomes, producing reports, managing actions, reviewing workarounds and delivering results
  • Review and analyse data to produce management information/reporting on incidents, related problems and events on a defined basis

Key Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think analytically with good problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of business processes and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience and demonstrable understanding of the ITIL framework
