We are working with a reputable Eating Disorders hospital in Stafford which is seeking a Ward Manager to work in their Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).

In this role you will be responsible for the nursing leadership and management of the Ward and for the supervision and leadership of the nursing staff, providing an environment where the quality of care is delivered confidently and consistently to a high standard, ensuring all quality standards are met.

Requirements:

- Be a Registered Nurse with current NMC appropriate for the role
- Have a person centred ethos, showing empathy and a desire to make a difference
- Have the ability to motivate, lead and supervise a team
- Have a proven ability to lead and manage a team
- Be able to demonstrate initiative and creativity
- Be flexible and adaptable, well organised and able to manage time and workload effectively in line with the needs of the service
- Have a desire to expand your professional development and support organisational change
- Have a legal right to work in the UK
