Home-based Supervising Social Work opportunity - 'Family feel' IFA - Earn up to 31k with a low case holding role

I am currently searching for a Qualified Social Worker to join an Independent Fostering Provider that I am working closely with over the course of 2018 in order to help sustain the continual growth and development of the service within Stoke-on-Trent.

The Independent Provider in question strives to provide a tailored and 'family feel' service to all of the carer's and children that they offer supervision too within placement; this is achieved by training and equipping passionate Social Worker's with the skills necessary to provide the highest level of care and support available within the fostering market to date.

Additionally, they are offering a home-based role which is low case-holding in order to achieve this optimum level of service and actually make a difference to the lives of children and young people. This is also in place to ensure that members of the team actually have a good work/life balance and enough time to invest into important aspects of your life that keep you human; an important aspect that Social Worker's need. (Such as your family, hobbies, etc. ???)

What does it mean to be a Supervising Social Worker within this IFA?

As a Supervising Social Worker you will be responsible for nurturing and supporting a caseload of approximately 12 Carer's within a very specific area within Kettering, the main aim of which is to ensure that the carer's in your hands are fully equipped to deal with the children and young people in their care.

You will develop relationships with carer's and children alike throughout your career, helping to advise the organisation on how placements are progressing and whether or not things need to be amended to achieve the best possible outcome for the children in your care.
