Retail Support Administration - Worcester

About the Retail Support Administration Role:

Joining us as a Retail Support Administrator, you'll act as a support for our multiple clients, supporting query resolution and new store openings and refits. You'll have direct contact with all key multiple retailers at several levels managing communication on query resolution as well as working with key internal depot and head office contacts ensuring queries are managed within the agreed SLA.

This interesting and challenging role will see you taking responsibility for:

  • Supporting the team through the use of key systems and MS Office, to provide meaningful and concise reporting and management information
  • Supporting the account team as required in account pack creation, collating market insight and the creation and circulation of the weekly customer bulletin
  • Assisting stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner, communicating effectively, showing empathy and responding with urgency to requests
  • Planning and prioritising your own time to deliver both business as usual tasks as well as project based activities
  • Consistently and accurately using key systems administrative and IT systems at an expert level
  • Ensuring the co-ordination of a seamless process for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring all processes are run in compliance with all appropriate legislation and regulation such as the Data Protection Act, the Equality Act et
  • Identifying and provides recommendations for approaches and initiatives to enhance performance

About You:

With a track record of career progression within administration you'll be able to evidence:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good Microsoft skills

  • Resilient and with great attention to detail
  • Confidence to engage with all levels of contacts both internally and externally
