This Coventry based Sales & Marketing Consultancy, are seeking a self-motivated B2B Telesales Executive, to join their internal sales team.
This company work with a variety of B2B businesses to support their sales growth activity, through a range of sales & marketing services, the core of which is telemarketing.
Our clients are typically SME's and we have a strong presence within manufacturing and service sectors.

The role includes:
Responsible for generating new business opportunities and appointments for both the company and their clients through outbound telemarketing activity.
Developing and maintaining a prospect database
Building leads through online research, calls and utilising marketing support
Building relationships with the client, producing weekly activity summaries and working with them and our Operations department to help refine sales process
Working to targets and KPI's
Building rapport and relationships with new and potential customers

The ideal candidate should be:
Self-starter with a natural talent for generating leads and enquiries
Excellent telephone manner with outstanding interpersonal and written skills
Ability to liaise with third parties of all levels in a confident manner
Organised and efficient with strong administration skills
Proficient at working within the Microsoft Office system environment, and Customer Relationship Management Systems
Enthusiastic, Confident, and not afraid to call new prospects
Positive and tenacious
Sense of humour, with an outgoing personality
Detailed knowledge of the industry sector is not essential but knowledge and experience of B2B marketing is desirable
Able to work effectively within a small, close-knit sales environment
Able to effectively manage their time and workload
The ability to work on your own initiative
To be able to manage your own workload whilst being an active team player.

Desired skills, experience & qualifications:
5 GCSEs including Math's and English Grade A-C.
1 years' work experience in B2B sales
Driving license and own vehicle
