A well-established educational organisation based in Birmingham is seeking a talented and switched-on PA to support the Director, incorporating a wide array of extensive administration and coordination duties. You will be integral in providing excellent customer service, assisting team growth and managing external relations.

Within a busy and fast-paced environment, you must be able to prioritise your own workload, be comfortable dealing with senior members of staff and operate with a business-focussed and professional mind-set.

The role will encompass a wide range of duties such as diary management, completion of schedules and briefings, coordination of meetings, meeting sand greeting of visitors and occasional minute taking. You will equally be responsible for inbox management, travel arrangements, event support and general communications to ensure that the intranet pages are up to date. There will be a wide range of administration tasks such as contribution to HR, assistance in recruitment and organising interview panels.

Overall, you must be a warm, engaging and personable individual with excellent PA experience alongside a strong ability to time manage, multi-task and improve processes. You must be determined to understand business structures, be able to learn quickly on the job and be willing to demonstrate an eagerness to generate new ideas and drive innovation.
