Team Administrator in Finance - 12 months
A brilliant financial firm based in Birmingham is seeking a Team Administrator to assist the managers with effective team support and client administration. You will be working with private clients, exciting organisations and professional advisors so this role would suit an engaging and personable individual with excellent coordination abilities! As a pioneering professional services business, they are seeking an equally dynamic individual to really get stuck into this meaty and hands-on position.
The role will primarily involve opening new accounts on the system, monitoring client details to ensure all information is up to date, producing reports to assist with valuations, amending and proving systems where necessary, handling an array of telephone queries and completion of general HR admin. Alongside this, you will be supporting the wider team with diary management, coordination of meetings, chasing of any missing documentation and support in presentations and propositions. You must also be flexible for any ad hoc tasks and projects the team and manager may throw your way!
Ideally, you will have strong secretarial/administrative support behind you alongside exposure within a corporate/processional services environment. You must be innovative, proactive and flexible in your approach. If you have financial services experience, this is preferred.
