Business Services - West MidlandsDescriptionAs the Reward Manager you will manage and implement the reward, recognition and benefits policies and procedures into the business ensuring all communications are as effective and efficient as possible. You will support in driving the delivery of annual salary reviews promotions and other reward processes ensuring the outcomes of these activities fit with the business and HR strategies.ProfileTo be considered for this role you must have a proven track record of developing a creative Reward and Benefits strategy within a leadership role. Have experience of implementing management bonus scheme and changes to contract of employment. You must have a full in-depth understanding of Flexible Benefits Schemes, and are able to build working relationships with a range of people at all levels. Experience of REMCO and/or preparing papers.Job OfferThe Reward Manager will receive a basic salary of up £60'000K per annum.
