The Role
A highly reputable team in the Leamington Spa area are now seeking an Agriculture Solicitor on a permanent basis. Responsible for a varied agricultural caseload, the successful Solicitor will act for farmers, landowners and rural businesses on areas to include: development of agricultural property; sales and purchases of farms and estates; rights of way and easements; advising on agricultural tenancies and; access to land rights needing to be retained or granted to a tenant or buyer.
Keen to play a key role in the continued success of the team, the successful Solicitor will build and maintain long-lasting relationships and participate in business development initiatives. The Candidate
You shall be a qualified Solicitor with 4-8 years' PQE gained within Agricultural Property;
Possess excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters in clear, jargon-free language;
Work well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative;
Demonstrate excellent negotiation and drafting skills;
Be pro-active with a flair for business development.
