Nursing Home Manager
The Company: My client is a privately-owned care home registered for a maximum of 41 service users and is based in a convenient location in Burton-on-Trent. Providing lots of enjoyment and lots of tendering loving quality care. Each member of staff is highly motivated and committed to setting excellent standards of care. They are a supportive and forward-thinking organisation that have a central office team that supports all of our homes with quality assurance, health and safety, payroll, accounts and HR.
The Role: My client needs an experienced Home Manager (RGN) qualified to join their dedicated team. The home requires a home manager that will be willing to work closely with the deputy manager to ensure smooth running and total compliance in all areas. Reliability, flexibility and good communication skills is required. The home is making great progress and my client would like somebody who has the knowledge and experience to make a real impact to the quality and care of the home.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience is required as a Registered Manager with CQC. Qualified RGN
- Level 5 in Leadership in Health & Social Care or be enrolled on level 5.
- Have good communication skills to effectively interact with residents and fellow colleagues.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures and the Mental Capacity Act.
