This is a new role as the company is starting a brand-new sales department, making this an exciting opportunity for someone to come in, make it their own and add real value from the beginning.

Our client is operating in the central heating, care packages and other supplementary products markets across the Midlands.

Essential requirements: The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role and will have:

  • Supervisory experience - desirable
  • Experience in B2C telesales/email marketing - preferably from a busy, high volume call centre environment
  • Good understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
  • Able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • Must be proficient in MS Office; Excel; SimPro (Field Management System)

This role will involve contacting existing customers, promoting the company's whole product range.

Responsibilities and Tasks include:

  • Making outbound calls
  • Working from a database of existing customer leads
  • Developing and putting together email marketing campaigns
  • Recording and progressing multiple enquiries
  • Upsell of additional items
  • Generating reports -KPI related information

Salary/Package: GBP18K -GBP20K Basic - depending on experience. Excellent commission structure, with earnings in excess of GBP40K OTE in the first year. Holiday 3 weeks + statutory Bank Holidays. Pension is provided.

Hours of work: Full time, permanent role, working - Monday to Friday - 8.30am- 5.30pm with occasional evening calls.

This role would suit somebody with previous experience as: Telesales B2C, Telesales Representative B2C, Sales Account Manager, Direct Sales Consultant, Sales Consultant, Sales Person, and Account Manager.
