Graduate complaint case handler

We are looking for bright graduates (or candidates with equivalent relevant work experience) to join a high-profile banking project with one of our clients - an independent complaints reviewer. The role involves speaking to and understanding both sides of a dispute, gathering relevant evidence, and then deciding what the fairest outcome is. You will be writing formal letters throughout the process and speaking with consumers and financial services organisations on a daily basis, so there is a requirement to have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will need to have 6 months experience in an office or customer service role.
