We are currently supporting one of the UK's most reputable Training Providers.
This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant/Employment Advisor with experience of supporting and selling Employment and Apprenticeship Programmes.
This Training providers delivers a wide range of work programmes and apprenticeships to companies throughout England. .
This company offer a starting salary of GBP20000, uncapped OTE, Pension Scheme, 33 days holidays, 40 pence per mile and salary reviews after 6 months. Typical earnings in 1st year will be GBP27000-GBP30000.
You will also work Monday-Friday (Apply online only).

Main duties of the Recruiter/Employer Engagement Executive will include:
" Employer Engagement with internal and external partners
" Attending appointments to carry out Training Needs Analysis and explaining how work programmes and apprenticeships schemes work, alongside benefits and the sign up process
" Advising on a wide range of Apprenticeship and Employment programmes to external clients.
" Forging new networks, through Business Development techniques, cold calling, Lead generation, marketing campaigns and social media, i.e. Linked-in
" Working to set targets in the form of employment starts
" Attending networking seminars, breakfast meetings
" Ensuring enrolment and IAG to learners follow company procedures
" Carrying out Health and Safety, safeguarding

Skills and Experience Required for the position of Recruitment Consultant/Business Development Executive
" Previous experience working within Recruitment, Business Development/Employer Engagement
" Proven track record of advising on Apprenticeship, Recruitment or Work Programmes
" Demonstrates evidence of exceeding targets through new Business Development and Employer Engagement
" Up to date knowledge of Social media platforms such as Linked, Facebook, Twitter etc
" Target/Sales focused who can work on own initiative
" Excellent all round IT knowledge and Administration skills
" Full UK Driving license and own car
