An exciting new position has opened to join a bespoke manufacturer based in Shropshire as an Internal sales advisor. The perfect candidate will be customer focussed and dedicated to providing strong service.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Provide quotations to our customer base
- Ensuring high service levels and prompt response is delivered
- Follow up sales quotations and maintain good customer relations,
- Supporting sales team in achieving organisational sales targets.
- Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Inputting sales orders

The Candidate:

- Minimum Level C GCSE or equivalent in Mathematics
- Minimum Level C GCSE or equivalent in English
- Demonstrate a proficient level of Microsoft Word & Excel
- Previous experience of servicing and selling to customers over the telephone is desirable
- Most importantly the candidate has a positive can do attitude
- Results orientated and enjoys working within a team
- Good time management skills
