Purchase Ledger Assistant
We are assisting a leading Manufacturer in West Bromwich to appoint a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to handle a range of invoicing activities.
In a small and supportive team you will handle purchase invoices and related activities. The client would prefer a candidate with a finance background and proven abilities in printing, scanning and posting of invoices, code matching, batch verification and supplier query resolution.
A candidate with confidence, attention to detail and a fun personality would be ideal.
Ideally, you will:
• Have the aptitude to handle purchase ledger activities
• Be comfortable inputting invoice codes
• Code matching and batch verification
• Enjoy investigating and resolving supplier queries
• Be a confident communicator
